Is your website Secure?

How do I track my Order?

  • Please open this: Order Tracking Form

  • Add your Order Number that was sent in our Order Confirmation email and looks like this; HS - 1001 (including space)

  • Add your email address that you used while you placed the order and click the Track Button

  • The progress of the shipment and current status with timelines in detail will be displayed.

Where is my tracking number?

For the convenience of our customers, we have automated the process and built it into our website. Just follow the Track my Order process outlined above.

What are your Delivery Timelines?

As you place the order the payment is verified within 24 hours and subsequently the order is processed and handed to our shipping partners for shipment and delivery. Please consider the following timelines:

  • Order Processing: 2 to 4 days

  • Delivery Time: 8 to 12 days

I have placed my Order. When can I expect to hear from you?

Once the order is placed, we send the following two emails:

  • Order Confirmation Email: As soon as you make the purchase a Confirmation email is sent with the Order Number and details of your purchase. Please make a note of this number which should be used for tracking your order as well as for any communications with Happee Shoppee

  • Shipping Confirmation Email: As soon as your order is processed and subsequently departs our fulfilment centre for delivery, an email confirmation is sent. Please follow the Order Tracking process as outlined above to track your order. Please note, it may take up to 12 to 18 hours for the latest tracking information to be updated.

Why is there a delay in Delivery?

It is our constant endeavour to ensure we deliver products to our esteemed customers at the earliest. Hence quite often the delivery is completed in about 10 to 12 days or earlier. However, at times factors such as delayed logistics, customs clearings or peak shopping season may have an impact on the delivery time. We appreciate your patience.

What is your Refund or Return policy?

We offer a 30 days Return Policy. The eligibility for return of an Order is that it should be unused and is in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. You should contact us within 7 days to inform us about the returns and you will have additional 30 days to return the product from the date it was received.

How do I Return my order?

Firstly, please send us an email to outlining the reason for your return. Please provide as much detail as possible. One of our Customer Support Champion will contact you soon to solve the problem for you and have the returns and refund organized.

How many days to get my Refund?

As soon as our Customer Support Champion has established that the Refund has to be processed we do not hold it back. The Refund is processed immediately and the money should be back in your account within one business day or earlier for PayPal or about 2 business day or earlier for Credit/Debit Card transactions.
